Does dai yi yeh bak like the servant of king of hell carry his duty to kill anyone who is times up?

The White one is dai yeh bak, and ye yeh bak is the black one correct?
Are they consider angel of death?

   The story I heard was

   When a person’s time is up, depending on his merits/demerits, the treatment is defferent.

   For the evil ones, the ‘black’ (fierce one) will come with ‘ox head’ and ‘horse face’. They will chain and handcuff the evil ones and drag them to hell.

   For the good and average ones, the white (more friendly) will come and bring him to hell for judgement.

   For the very good ones, the God that they believed in will accompany them to go around the hell before they join as dieties.

   For the ones who achieve greatest merits (i.e. buddha stage), they are emerged out of the 3 world (ghost, human, Deity). They will be welcomed to the holy land for Buddhas.
